• "Client," "you," or "your" refers to any person or entity booking or participating in our services.

By booking a trip or service with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are legally binding and comply with South African laws, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act).

The Company acts as a travel curator and agent, providing travel arrangement services including but not limited to:

• Trip planning and itinerary development
• Booking of accommodation, transportation, and activities
• Travel coordination and support services
